We created a live-processing demo product to prove that the Voortman H808 is the fastest robot thermal cutter on the market. See the video to see the Voortman 808 at speed. This product has 12 different actions. Each one is performed by one machine.

We make 3D coping, profiling easy with our top-of the-line coping/profiling robot. These Robotic Coping/Profiling beams have a high level of reliability and are capable of cutting slots, chamlers and saddles.

In order to integrate the machine with a fully automated MSI beamline, full-automatic profile transportation is available. Our/The VACAM Software controls the sensored liftables and drag-dogs which transport profiles onto and out of the outfeed roll conveyor. Select products will be automatically produced from the trading lengths. Cross-transports allow the machine's ability to handle multiple profiles.

The V808 robotic profil processor is capable to process nearly every shape in profile widths of up to 1.250 mm (50") The Voortman, our latest coping machine, often handles profiles with widths of up to 1.250 mm (50") in production. There are many thermally possible cuts that the V808's robot is capable of processing: rat holes and seismic structural connections (like slottedweb and "dogbone" cuts), copes at either end of a product, blockouts, holes in all shapes and sizes, weld preparations, marking on each side, and blocks outs.

Simply push the button and your production is done. After importing DSTV+ or industry standard DSTV files to the VACAM Software processing table, your operator will be able to fully concentrate on loading and unloading. It is not necessary to manually intervene in order to maintain the machine's production speed.

The V808 rolling feed measurement and clamping device locks profiles in their exact positions and maintains alignment throughout processing. The most efficient positioning system, this fully automatic measuring roller-feed system saves hours per week by not requiring a pusher/gripper before loading the next piece. Voortman’s fully-automatic roller feed system operates within a standard range profile processing using Voortman’s automated cross transports. It has enough stability and support for proper positioning and processing beams up 15.000 kg (33,000 pounds).

Robotic Coping or Profiling is equivalent to an optimized fabrication procedure that has been designed to ease the lives of metalwork makers and fabricators. The system can operate various processes such as beam drill lines, angles lines, hydraulic punches and band saws. This is an easy way to transform your fabrication processes into a hundred.

When this profile width is not common in your production, our newest coping robot, the Voortman V807 often suffices for processing profile widths up to 1.050 mm (42"). Rat holes, seismic structural design connections (like slotted web and “dog bone” cuts), copes at the start or end of a product, block outs, holes in every size and shape, weld preparations and marking on all 4 sides are just some examples of possible cuts the V808’s robot can process thermally.

Your operators can quickly create products and improve the quality of their products with the integrated VACAD Editor. It is simple to use and has straightforward functionality. After a few days of training with Voortman, operators will be able fully to use the VACAD Editor or VACAM.

Voortman’s Xtensive Hole Performance optimizes holes and inner contours with high-definition plasma cutting, results in laser-like cutting results. To achieve this standard, Voortman further optimized Hypertherm® True Hole™ specifically for V808 movements. Xtensive Hole Performance is used on small-to-medium slot holes and square inner contours.

Cladding is usually made up of thin slabs of about 3cm thickness with a front finish and placed on the walls. Copings come in different thicknesses and are located at the top of walls.

Units will adhere better if they are pre-wetted and mixed with a slightly wetter mortar. Step 4: The coping should be approximately 2 inches (50mm) high and slope at a slope of 2% from the pool.
